PINKarate® is a unique program for girls of all ages. It combines the modern martial art of American Kenpo Karate with reality-based self-defense concepts.

PINKarate® was developed to encourage more females to participate in the martial arts, and to educate them about how to deal with real life dangers. The martial arts are wonderful for fostering confidence, fitness, discipline, and a sense of pride and accomplishment as the student reaches each new belt rank.

Unfortunately most martial arts programs do not teach girls how to deal with real, potentially dangers situations females face today.

Martial arts schools are mainly male-dominated, and the environment can be intimidating. And let’s face it, the uniforms don’t really appeal to all girls.

But PINKarate® has changed all that! Classes are taught by female instructors, in a female-friendly environment. And students LOVE to wear the signature, custom made Pink uniforms!
